01 Introduction
Welcome to laky91. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and laky91 ("laky91", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the laky91 website located at https://laky91.cam, including all associated content, features, information services and gaming-related offerings made available through the platform.
By accessing or using laky91 in any capacity — including browsing its content, registering an account, depositing funds, placing wagers, or utilising any gaming feature — you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of laky91.
laky91 is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform designed primarily to serve users based in Pakistan, including those located in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar. The platform is operated under the licensing and regulatory framework of its jurisdiction of registration. laky91 does not claim a Pakistan office, Pakistan gambling licence, or authorisation from the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any Pakistani provincial authority.
Important: Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and other applicable laws. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation in online gaming is lawful under the laws applicable to you. 02 Definitions
The following terms carry the meanings set out below throughout this Agreement:

03 Account Eligibility
To register and maintain an Account on laky91, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
- You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the operator's licence jurisdiction or by the laws applicable to you in your country of residence. Age verification documentation will be required.
- You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, automated bots and proxy registrations are strictly prohibited.
- You must have the legal capacity under applicable law to enter into a binding agreement.
- You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
- You must not be a current employee, director, contractor or close family member of an employee or director of laky91 or any of its affiliated entities.
- You must not already hold an active or previously suspended Account on the Platform. Only one Account per person is permitted.
- You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether initiated by you through the Platform's responsible gambling tools or imposed by a recognised gambling regulatory authority.
Age Verification: laky91 reserves the right to request identity documents — including a valid CNIC, passport or other government-issued identification — at any point to verify your age and identity. Accounts where age verification fails will be suspended immediately and any winnings may be voided pending review.
laky91 does not warrant that use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Pakistani users are specifically reminded that local laws including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 may impose restrictions on online gambling activity. Confirming your legal eligibility to participate is entirely your responsibility.
04 Account Registration
When registering an Account on laky91, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete and current information in all registration fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid contact details.
- Keep your Account credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. You must not share your login details with any third party.
- Notify laky91 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account by contacting support at the email address listed in Section 16.
- Update your registered information promptly whenever it changes, including changes to your residential address, email address or payment method details.
- Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not you personally authorised it, unless you have promptly reported a security breach to laky91.
laky91 reserves the right to refuse any registration application without providing a reason. Registrations that appear to be duplicates, fraudulent or in violation of these Terms will be rejected and any associated funds may be held pending investigation.
One Account Policy: Each user is permitted to hold only one Account. Opening multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes Prohibited Conduct and may result in immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.
05 Terms of Use
Your use of the laky91 Platform is subject to the following conditions:
- The Platform is provided for personal entertainment and information purposes only. Commercial use, resale or exploitation of any Platform content or feature is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from laky91.
- You access and use the Platform entirely at your own risk. Gambling involves financial risk and laky91 does not guarantee any specific outcome or return on any wager placed.
- You must not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair its servers or networks, or interfere with the use of the Platform by any other user.
- All gaming outcomes on the Platform are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer processes. laky91 does not manipulate outcomes.
- laky91 reserves the right to void any wager, suspend any Account or withhold any payment if there is reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, error, system malfunction or violation of these Terms.
- All times referenced on the Platform are in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) unless otherwise stated. Users in Pakistan Standard Time (PKT, UTC+5) should account for the time difference when reviewing session times, promotional windows and withdrawal processing estimates.
laky91 provides gaming information services in English for Pakistani users. The Platform does not constitute financial advice, and any information relating to odds, promotions or payment methods is provided for informational context only. References to payment services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are made solely as contextual payment references and do not imply that these providers endorse gambling transactions or are affiliated with laky91 in any way.
06 Deposits & Payments
The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions on laky91:
- All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a person other than the Account holder — are strictly prohibited.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per period, as published in the Platform's cashier section. These limits are subject to change and the current limits displayed in your Account at the time of the transaction shall govern.
- laky91 does not accept deposits from credit facilities, including credit cards, unless explicitly stated in the cashier section as an approved method.
- All deposit amounts are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) screening. laky91 reserves the right to hold, investigate or return any deposit where AML concerns arise.
- Deposits denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) are accepted where the selected payment method supports PKR transactions. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the User.
- laky91 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions or telecommunications service providers. This includes delays attributable to services such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast or any bank transfer facility.
Deposit Responsibility: Once a deposit has been credited to your Account and used to place wagers, it cannot be reversed. Only unused deposit funds that have not been subjected to any wagering activity may be considered for return, subject to AML verification and laky91's discretion.
07 Withdrawals
Withdrawals from your laky91 Account are governed by the following conditions:
- Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal request can be processed. Required documents may include a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a CNIC or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit into the Account, or to a method verified in your name through the KYC process. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
- Minimum withdrawal amounts and applicable processing fees are published in the cashier section and are subject to change. The amounts displayed at the time of your withdrawal request shall apply.
- laky91 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the cashier section. However, processing times may vary depending on the payment method, jurisdiction, and any compliance review requirements.
- laky91 reserves the right to delay or suspend any withdrawal pending completion of AML, fraud or identity verification checks. Users will be notified if additional documentation is required.
- Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering requirements and withdrawal conditions specified in the relevant promotion terms and must be met in full before withdrawal of those funds is permitted.
laky91 is not liable for any loss arising from delays in processing withdrawals that are attributable to factors outside its direct control, including but not limited to third-party payment processor delays, banking network interruptions or regulatory compliance processes.
08 Bonuses & Promotions
All bonuses, free bets, promotional credits and other incentives offered on laky91 are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published at the time of each offer. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:
- Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times ("wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
- Bonuses are available to one Account per household, per IP address and per device. Claiming multiple bonuses through duplicate Accounts or any other abusive method constitutes Prohibited Conduct.
- laky91 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been validly claimed and accepted prior to the modification.
- Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for each bonus. Bonus Funds not subject to wagering within the specified period will expire and be removed from the Account automatically.
- Certain games may contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates are specified in the promotion terms and may vary by game type — for example, live casino games may contribute at a lower rate than slots.
- laky91 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, system exploitation or Prohibited Conduct in connection with the promotion.

09 Responsible Gambling
laky91 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides a suite of tools to help users maintain control over their gaming activity. The following responsible gambling obligations and tools form part of these Terms:
- Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, a reduction in limits takes effect immediately; an increase in limits is subject to a cooling-off period.
- Loss Limits: Users may set a maximum loss amount per day, week or month. Wagers that would breach the set loss limit will be declined automatically.
- Session Time Limits: Users may set a maximum session duration. The Platform will issue a reminder when the session limit is approaching and will enforce a logout upon reaching the limit.
- Reality Checks: Periodic in-session notifications display the user's current session time and net gaming result, helping users make informed decisions about continuing play.
- Cool-Off Period: Users may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period. During a cool-off, no deposits, wagers or bonus claims are permitted.
- Self-Exclusion: Users who feel their gambling is becoming harmful may apply for self-exclusion for a minimum period of six months or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on laky91. Engaging in any Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant legal authorities:
- Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC or at any other point of interaction with laky91.
- Opening or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details.
- Depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of a third party, or using a payment method not registered in your own name.
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors or loopholes in the Platform's systems to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using automated bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers, navigate the Platform or interact with any feature in a non-human manner.
- Engaging in collusion with other users, whether to manipulate game outcomes, share bonus funds or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
- Money laundering, terrorist financing or any other use of the Platform in connection with illegal financial activity.
- Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy or other method to circumvent geographic restrictions.
- Engaging in chargebacks or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider as a method to recover funds already used in wagering.
- Harassing, threatening or abusing laky91 staff, other users or any third parties through any communication channel provided by the Platform.
11 Intellectual Property
All content on the laky91 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code, page layouts and data compilations — is the proprietary property of laky91 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform's content solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment and information purposes. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit or distribute any Platform content without prior written authorisation from laky91.
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any software or code forming part of the Platform.
- Use any laky91 trademarks, service marks, logos or brand identifiers in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without express written permission.
- Create derivative works based on any Platform content for commercial or public purposes.
Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you submit to laky91 regarding the Platform may be used by laky91 without restriction or compensation to you.
12 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, laky91 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
- Any loss of funds, winnings or opportunities resulting from technical failures, system errors or interruptions to Platform availability.
- Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform, including odds, promotional terms or payment method guidance.
- Any loss caused by unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
- Any loss attributable to Force Majeure events beyond laky91's reasonable control.
- Any indirect financial loss, loss of profits or reputational damage, whether foreseeable or not.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit laky91's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. laky91 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors.
13 Account Termination
Either party may terminate an Account under the following circumstances:
- User-initiated closure: You may close your Account at any time by contacting the support team. Pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with normal procedures before closure is finalised. Any active self-exclusion periods will continue to apply after closure.
- laky91-initiated suspension or termination: laky91 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that the User has engaged in Prohibited Conduct, provided false information, breached these Terms or where continued operation of the Account poses a legal, regulatory or reputational risk to laky91.
- Inactivity: Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more may be subject to an inactivity fee as specified in the cashier section, or may be closed at laky91's discretion after appropriate notice has been issued to the registered email address.
Upon termination of an Account, any Real-Money Balance remaining after the deduction of applicable fees and the resolution of any pending investigations will be returned to you via a verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC requirements. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon termination.
14 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which laky91 is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be referred to the competent courts or arbitration bodies of that jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent laky91 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, confidential information or the security of the Platform.
Pakistani Users: laky91 does not represent that these Terms are compliant with Pakistani law or that use of the Platform is lawful under Pakistani law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction. This Agreement does not constitute legal advice.
15 Amendments
laky91 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, laky91 will provide notice through one or more of the following channels:
- A prominent notice on the Platform's homepage or login page.
- An email notification to the address registered on your Account.
- An in-Account notification visible upon your next login.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 13.
